Acquiring and advancing drug assets to drive therapeutic solutions
The Eryvo Pharma Solutions Model
Eryvo Pharma Solutions, Inc. finds rare opportunities in drug development. It does this by leveraging its principals’ extensive knowledge base to identify abandoned biopharma drug assets and sees novel development approaches, often through the treatment of rare diseases. Unlike traditional drug assets, Eryvo drug assets have extensive clinical and scientific evidence, have undergone multiple clinical trials, and have a strong record of safety in humans which generates a lower clinical risk than the risk biotech investors are taking through development catalysts.
Another way Eryvo drug assets are unique is that these biotech assets’ cost basis is typically zero before Eryvo and its investors advance the drug to re-establish its value. Therefore, the patient selection broadens well outside of where the biopharma was developing the drug, yet the Eryvo investor’s ROI is >10X.
While Eryvo investors could create drug companies, the intention is to sell the asset after its value is re-established to a targeted list of potential acquisitive biopharma's before Eryvo investors acquire the development rights to the abandoned drug.
Before Eryvo secures the drug license from a biopharma, a Clinical Development Plan, a Regulatory Approval Plan, a Marketing Strategy and a Business Development Strategy are established with the support of hand-picked, domain experts and advisors, often including rare disease patient organizations. Eryvo leverages the established insights into the drug’s pharmacology, formulation, and nuances in how the clinical trial needs to be conducted.
Eryvo’s mission is two-fold:
Deliver a therapeutic solution to an unmet medical need.
Deliver superior investor returns to biotechnology investors.
Eryvo’s “Failed Phase 3” Asset Summary
Eryvo has secured exclusive development rights from a biopharma that ran a Phase 3 trial where the asset failed on the primary endpoint and the company discontinued further development. Eryvo intends to secure investor agreement(s) for $25 million to develop this drug asset in another indication by taking directly into Phase 3, followed by the drugs’ sale to another biopharma in three years post-approval. The asset has successful Phase 2 results in our target indication, which is too small for its current owner.
